Grapeview Point Boat Works' Elfyn

Elfyn plan
Iain Oughtred designed this faering to use modern materials yet still keep the simple beauty and performance of the original boats.
These boats have a narrow beam at the waterline for efficient rowing, but the topsides flare significantly, which provides plenty of reserve stability.
Iain included a sail rig for this design. A single balanced lug sail is used with a daggerboard and a lifting rudder.
